the story of

Madeline + Ernesto

This Nostrano Vineyards wedding was filled with personal details, intimate moments, true joy and so much love! It was a gorgeous day at the vineyard and Madeline and Ernesto’s family were present and helpful every step of the way in celebrating them, which is always a beautiful thing to see! There was a first look between Madeline and her grandpa and then with her and her dad and there wasn’t a dry eye in the house! The day was planned to perfection and their pup Mushu made a grand entrance down the aisle and sat right at Madeline’s feet for the ceremony! Peek at every detail and enjoy the love that is so obvious and big between these two!

How they Met, from Madeline:  We first met at a mutual friends birthday celebration in Atlantic City, March 2011. At the time I was living in New York, while Ernesto was stationed at Fort Meyer in Arlington, VA. He had just gotten back from being deployed in Iraq so attending that weekends festivities was a must. The moment we locked eyes it was game over. We spent the entire night getting to know one another and realized we had a lot in common, like our love of history and the discovery that we grew up only 2 minutes from each other! After the weekend was over Ernesto asked me if I would be interested in going to DC the following weekend, and I did not hesitate to say yes. That DC trip proved to be a success and we ended up traveling back and forth between New York, Virginia and eventually Georgia to see one another over the course of two and half years. We finally moved in together when Ernesto was to be stationed in Fort Irwin CA and the rest is history!
