Nicole and Joe's Sam's Point Engagement Session
We were so thankful for the unseasonably warm weather during this Sam’s Point Engagement Session! The short hike up to the point for some incredible views and a gorgeous sunset set the tone for an amazing engagement session! Nicole and Joe were sweet, funny and so much in love! There was a bit of extra special detail in Nicole’s dress choice, hoping for something Spanish style and hunting it down on the internet after it had sold out at one store. Obviously, it was meant to be as it was STUNNING! Another cute detail note, keep an eye out for her ring, custom designed by Joe and made by Nicole’s dad! Cheers to these two and here’s to many more warm adventurious days together!
How they met, by Nicole: Joe and I met on OKCupid, just before online dating had become the norm. I messaged Joe first, told him he was funny, and then we met up about three days later. We met for a Sunday brunch on a bitter cold day in early January in Park Slope, Brooklyn. We spent four hours talking and then walked around Prospect Park in the snow, enjoying our date too much to let the cold bother us. Almost six years later to the day, Joe proposed in the Vermont snow, with a ring my dad made along with Joe’s help. Now, we’ve been together for nearly seven years (!!!) and neither of us could possibly imagine life without one another.
