What a perfect day this Whiteface Club wedding was! This couple had plans for an outdoor ceremony, outdoor portraits, a boat ride on the lake and the forecast gave us rain all day, but they said, we are doing it all anyway! They handed out large golf umbrellas to every guest for the ceremony, grabbed a clear umbrella during some portraits, had family photos with umbrellas and I must say, as a photographer, this is all SO MUCH BETTER than any plan b or rain plan that nobody ever really wants. The light was amazing, somehow the rain stopped just for the ceremony time and all their photos happened under the softest most magical light ever! Rain does not mean you have to change your plans, these two proved that in spades! Cheers to them and to so many more happy decades together!
